Just returned from a relaxing weekend at 1 Oaks Farm Cottages in Ambleside. the cottage was beautifully laid out, with ample space for our family of 7. the cosy feel of the log fire and the convenient location near nice pubs made our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed by the overall cleanliness of the accommodation and the lovely garden, which our grandchildren absolutely loved. the 4 bedrooms were all a good size, one even had an en-suite, perfect for our group of 8. the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cutlery and utensils, making meal prep a breeze. The private parking available onsite was a huge plus, especially with two cars in our group. the free WiFi throughout the property was also a great bonus. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Ambleside.
